Please choose an appointment that best suits your need and schedule. If you are unable to find a time that works for you, please kindly add yourself to the wait list.

If you are new to Gingko before, please choose Initial Treatment. Your therapist will go over a detailed assessment in order for the therapist to make an educated clinical decision to design a treatment plan that is best suited for your situation and concern. Your therapist will explain the proposed treatment plan and obtain consent from you in order to proceed with treatment. Reassessment, providing homecare exercise, and administration are also part of the appointment.

For pregnant patients, please choose Prenatal Care. This will ensure that the pregnancy cushion system is available for you, for a more comfortable face-down laying position. If you’re not pregnant but do require to use the cushion system, please also book this appointment.

For ICBC patients, please choose the appropriate ICBC treatment and be ready to provide your claim information.

Note that a credit card will be required to book your appointments. Your credit card will only be charged in case of no show or late cancellation according to the cancellation policy. See how Jane App protects your credit card info here.

Growing up as a student athlete, fitness and health has been a constant in Elaine’s life. She has always had a passion for helping others and a genuine interest in learning about health, anatomy and rehabilitation. Her active lifestyle and background as an office worker allowed her to experience the effects of massage therapy firsthand – both physically for rehabilitation and recovery as well as mentally for relaxation and self-care. This piqued her interest in healthcare and her pursuit in massage therapy, where she could help others maintain and improve their quality of life long-term. Elaine graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy with Honors and strives to inspire and educate patients through her massage treatments to achieve their physical and psychological goals.

Elaine believes in patient-centered care and views massage therapy as a collaborative partnership, where the therapist and the patient work together to effectively achieve the patient’s goals. She has experience working with office workers, athletes, seniors, and pregnant women and treating various conditions such as chronic musculoskeletal pain, neurological conditions and repetitive strain injuries.

In order to meet each individual patient’s needs, she tailors her treatments, utilizing an array of modalities such as traditional Swedish massage, neuromuscular and deep tissue techniques, IASTM, myofascial release as well as stretching and movement. Elaine wishes to continue acquiring new skills and knowledge to improve her techniques in her practice.

Elaine is fluent in English and Cantonese. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking, camping, cycling, weightlifting and snowboarding to challenge her own body’s abilities.
